Blaine Graboyes – Co-Founder & CEO
Blaine is an award-winning Executive Producer and Game Designer with nearly twenty years’ experience developing digital entertainment. He has produced over 4,000 projects for world-renowned entertainment, business, and fine arts clients such as, Blizzard Entertainment, Ubisoft, DreamWorks, Mattel, Sony Pictures, Disney, WeeWorld, Nickelodeon, Rinksters, LeapFrog, DIRECTV, Warner Bros., The Guggenheim and Whitney Museums, Nam June Paik, and Yoko Ono. His work has been recognized with numerous awards including an RIAA Platinum album and IGN Editor’s Choice Award. Blaine is an active member of the Producers Guild Of America (PGA), including serving as co-chair of the Guild’s highly successful Produced By: New York conference.
Robert Montgomery – Chairman
For many years Robert has been an executive, investor and adviser for media, communications, and technology companies and the investment community. Robert oversees investment and consulting firm, First Maximilian Associates. Robert is the former chief executive officer of Achilles Media. Prior to this, Robert’s positions include President of the Americas for Fantastic Corp., Co-Founder and Chairman of Media Content plc and Managing Director for Europe and Asia Pacific at Kagan World Media. Robert has served as a Director on various public and private boards, and is Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Ontario College of Art and Design.
Seth Schorr – Board Of Directors
Seth Schorr is Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Street Gaming. Fifth Street Gaming (FSG) owns and/or operates a number of Las Vegas gaming locations including Downtown Grand Las Vegas, the Lucky Club Casino and Hotel, Opera House Saloon and Casino, Silver Nugget Casino, Little Macau Ultra Tavern, and Siegel Slots and Suites. Schorr also is CEO of Downtown Grand Las Vegas, a 634-room hotel located in downtown Las Vegas. From 1991 to 1999 Schorr worked in various departments at the Golden Nugget Laughlin, Treasure Island Hotel & Casino and Mirage Hotel & Casino. At Wynn Resorts, Schorr served as Director of Interactive Gaming.
Adam Rosenberg – Board Observer
Adam Rosenberg is a Managing Director and Global Head of Gaming & Leisure within the Credit Funds at Fortress Investment Group. Adam is responsible for investments made across the capital structure in the Gaming & Leisure sector globally. Prior to joining Fortress, Adam spent over 16 years in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co, where he was a Managing Director and Global Head of Gaming. Adam was the Goldman Sachs representative to the American Gaming Association, where he served as a member of the Board of Directors in 2011 and 2012. He currently serves on the Conference Advisory Boards for the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Las Vegas and the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Macau, on the Advisory Board for GiGse, and on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Association for Law and Business. He received his law degree in 1993 from Harvard University magna cum laude and his bachelor’s degree in 1990 from the University of Pennsylvania magna cum laude.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Art Hamilton – CFO / CAO
Art Hamilton serves as Chief Financial and Administration Officer, and Treasurer of the Company. In this role, Art is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the Company. Art received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business from the University of Baltimore and a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and Nevada. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of NYX Gaming Group, Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President for Spectrum Group International, Director of Internal Audit for MGM Resorts International, and Director of Compliance and Treasury for Fontainebleau Resorts, LLC. Art has over 25 years of experience related to capital raising, M&A, IPOs, and all areas of operations and financial management.
John Stevens – Vice President of Human Resources
John leads GameCo’s Human Resources function, bringing together the industry’s best gaming talent. John holds an MBA majoring in employment relations and has completed undergraduate and post graduate studies in psychology, corporate strategy, governance and industrial relations. John’s earlier career was spent in management consulting and investment management. For the last 15 years, John’s career focus has been in technology and gaming, serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Aristocrat Technologies and Scientific Games Digital. John’s experience has spanned the full range of HR programs, with particular specialization in M&A integration, HR Committee Secretariat, HR strategic planning, Performance and Rewards, Culture and Engagement, Leadership Development, and Recruitment.
Danielle Rosenberg – Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO
Danielle has a degree in Business Management from Binghamton University, and has been providing executive and virtual assistance to busy industry professionals for over eleven years. She has also been providing HR Management to various start ups for over five years. She loves the opportunity to work with fun people and challenges herself to make at least one person laugh every day.
Allison deSousa – Production Coordinator
Allison is a Las Vegas native with a B.A. in Communication Studies from UNLV. She has over 10 years of experience in customer relations, business analytics and product management. In the past, Allison has successfully implemented IT solutions as an initiatives Business Analyst while also paving the way for future analysts with documented processes and work flows. With her uncanny ability to bridge the communication gap between departments and create a streamlined production process, Allison is excited to bring her skills to the GameCo table as their Production Coordinator.
GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Richard Maryyanek – Global Business Development
As Head of Global Business Development at GameCo, Rich handles the licensing of I.P. and games, working with property holders, game developers and publishers, as well as the distribution of GameCo’s proprietary Video Game Gambling Machines (VGM™) throughout the world. Rich has worked with leading marketing, branded consumer products, retail and entertainment companies for more than 25 years, managing marketing, research, sales, licensing, information technology and digital/social media.
Crystal Castillo – Senior Marketing Manager
With 8 years of retail management and experience in digital marketing, Crystal has had the opportunity to gain skills in fields such as operations, sales and merchandising. Successfully launching social campaigns for various companies, Crystal hopes to bring her wide variety of skills to her role as Business Development Manager and contribute to the global success of GameCo.
Hunter Kampf – Sales Director – West Coast
Hunter brings nearly 10 years of gaming experience in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and process improvement. Prior to joining GameCo, Hunter managed sales for the Southwest region with Galaxy Gaming, oversaw a VIP-level book of over 600 players for Caesars Entertainment as an Executive Casino Host based out of Planet Hollywood, and oversaw numerous process improvements as Manager of Operational Excellence for Caesars Entertainment Shared Services. Prior to his gaming career, he spent time managing background logistics for the District of Columbia Public Schools, warehouse operations with American Seaway Foods, and as a Naval Aviator and Officer in the United States Navy. Hunter received his degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Hunter will wager on almost anything, and loves to spend time with his wife Kari, sons Ace and Luca, and two highly manipulative dogs.
Eli Weissman – Head of Product
Eli Weissman is an experienced manager, game designer and executive producer who has completed several successful launches for various products, including some of the largest video games releases in history. Eli is the founder of Highline Games, a successful boutique game development studio, and he was department head at both Rockstar Games and New York Times Television. He has also been also the managing director at multiple successful post-production facilities.
Mike Giancaspro – Service Manager
Michael brings over a decade of metal working, technical, and game design experience to the role of Product Manager at GameCo. He leverages these skills to identify and create solutions to help ensure that products are brought to market ready to perform in casinos across the country. Observant and passionate Michael continually seeks to expand his knowledge and take on the challenges of this exciting new career.
Anthony Litton – Platform Engineer
Anthony brings years of varied experience to the role of lead UI/UX developer for GameCo. After a successful career in the Irish film industry, Anthony joined Rockstar Games in NYC and worked on every project from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to Red Dead Redemption, first as a dialog editor then as a writer, producer and VO director. After leaving Rockstar, Anthony co-founded Highline Games to make premium games for mobile, creating games for clients like Amplify, EverFi and Yale University. Anthony brings his hard won problem solving experience in many fields to everything he does and loves nothing more than forging ahead in a fresh direction. He is delighted to have found a home at GameCo where he can create something new every day.
Bill Cunningham – Senior Software Engineer (Lobby Server)
With over 20 years of casino industry experience, Bill has been a senior engineering lead on successful platforms at Bally, IGT and Spin Games. He was lead engineer on flagship products such as Bally’s eTicketing system, IGT’s EZpay and sbX, and Spin’s ROC3 remote gaming server. Today he is applying all this experience at GameCo to ensure the success of their next generation of skill-based gaming for the casino industry.
Trisha Allex – Art Manager
Multifaceted creative with a background in design, animation and creative management for film, TV and games. Over 13 years freelance graphic design and animation experience. An active member of Women In Animation. I am passionate about art, film, animation and technology with ambition to learn, create and lead the wave of the future.
Sam Nang – Lead Artist
Originally from Philadelphia, Sam has been a professional artist for 8 years with a background in slots, apps, animation and film. She specializes in UI, character and background design, and illustration. Video games, movies and comics are a huge inspiration for her work. She continues to create and experiment with a variety of styles to make awesome art.
